Computer monitors have bombarded photoreceptors with a broadcast that excessive screen-time causes the blues. Is the wavelength of blue light a friend or foe? We will learn about the effects of blue light on the eyes and its effects our circadian rhythms, what steps can be done to mitigate exposure.
